Although the cottages are only rented seasonally we reside on the premise year round. With our property overlooking the main beach and historic Lake Erie we offer two rental cottages affectionately named Freddie and Bummers Roost. Cottage rentals have been an attraction throughout the Port Burwell area for well over a century. We have had renters who honeymooned in "Bummer's Roost" better than 65 years previous. Several visitors in their ninety's with fond memories of the cottages, Shipp's Casino and the attractions previously on the north beach. Childhood memories are built on summer vacations!!! With the believe that yearly vacationing families  and retiree's is our target audience our preference is this type of rental. We purposely keep our weekly rental rates low to attract responsible families who will maintain our facilities and keep coming back year after year. Our experience is that they view our cottagers as their own and treat them as such. We have a very high rate of repeat customers with our philosophy of first refusal on the approx. same week the following year, then we open up the rentals to the general public. Our cottages overlook the main or North Beach in Port Burwell. You only have to navigate down a small hill and your right on the sand or water. On the beach is a food vendor that  has great tasting fries and variety of Hamburg's and hotdogs to satisfy your taste while lounging on the beach. The village shops are only a mere block or two walk from the cottages. Park the car you don't need to drive here! Come join us for your next true relaxing vacation. Our cottages both have two bedrooms with double beds and fold out couch to accommodate sleeping six in total. We do not allow tents and a maximum of two vehicles per cottage. 2009 Cottage Rental Rates are as follows:

$600/week or $100/night if available

"6 People Max. / Cottage - 2 Cars Max. / Cottage - No Tent's Allowed"

***Preference will be given to weekly rentals Weekend or daily rentals will not be pre-booked. 

Terms are cash only and 50% mail in deposit for weekly bookings payable to "Robert Lozon" not Beachview Cottages

Check In is Saturday at 2:00 PM

Check Out is Saturday at 11:00 AM
